The Ottawa Train Yards is Ottawa’s first centrally
located retail powercentre and office development;
it houses over a half million square feet of retail
space, covering over 92 acres of property.

The first phase of development includes retailers
such as: Aldo, Benix, Cleo, Esprit, Fairweather,
Tommy Hilfiger, Tip Top Tailors, Golf Town,
The Shoe Company and Walmart.

Phase two is on track for opening in 2010 and
will feature the who’s who of the North
American retail sector.
